We’re here for you. Once a contract has been signed, a representative will call to verbally review your order.

We care about your schedule and will work closely with you to organize a timeline that ensures you’re getting exceptional product in the appropriate manner.

03. Confirm

Once Hartstone is ready to be delivered, we’ll make sure you are ready for us. We cover all the details ahead of time to make sure delivery is smooth and devoid of complications.

04. Check-In

Your satisfaction is what provides Hartstone with meaning. Within 2 days of installation, we’ll call to make sure you love your product and everything is how it should be.
