Recognized as a 2024 HOBI Award winner and featured at the Connecticut Home Show, this Darien, Connecticut Modern Farmhouse showcases a seamless blend of shingle-style architecture and luxury hardscaping. Designed by architect Christopher Pagliaro (Christopher Pagliaro Architects), landscape architect Tara Vincenta (Artemis Landscape Architects), and builder John Sullivan (EC Structures), the estate features Hartstone’s custom soft-white concrete pavers throughout the exterior. The pool deck and front patio are set with 18×36 large-format pavers, trimmed with 12×48 pool coping tiles, and accented with 12×60 concrete step treads. Oversized 72×33 walkway steppers wind through the manicured garden toward a covered porch, demonstrating how custom-cast architectural concrete tiles deliver heat-reflective durability, slip resistance, and award-winning design to high-end residential landscapes.
